Ordering from AutumnView Studio actually is
very simple.
A quick e-mail or phone call will allow us to check inventory for the item that you
have selected.
Remember, every item here at AutumnView
Studio is handcrafted by us, so we don't always have a huge inventory. We do attempt to keep our most popular items available
quickly and can make any of our items as a custom order!
This is part of the "personal" handling that
we can offer by way of a phone call or e-mail. If we do not have the "exact" item that caught your eye,
we can discuss alternatives that may not have been posted to the web site yet or the possiblity of a custom design.
AutumnView Studio accepts
Visa, MasterCard and Discover along with money orders and personal checks. We will hold orders paid by way of a
personal check for 5 business days prior to shipping to allow for check processing. In stock items ordered
using credit cards are shipped the next day.
Most
of our glass designs are shipped via UPS or FedEx. The smaller glass items such as suncatchers, and most
of our wood items are shipped via the Postal Service.
