Sometimes, you enjoy creating a glass design because it
is unique and different from your normal inventory. Other times it is due to the personality and attitude of the
people that you get to work with. Maybe it is because you get to deliver the piece to a really great location
(combining the delivery with a vacation) and occasionally, you get lucky and all of these come together at one time
which was the case with
"There Be Whales Here".

We took off to the coast for a few days in February
and had beautiful weather while there. Meeting up with Hal and Laurie Walters to delivery their extremely unique
piece of stained glass was a real blessing. This design was inspired by a piece of stained glass that they saw
during a trip to Alaska and we created our version from a photo.
Of course, I named it because of a classic line from
a movie!
